Staying at this hotel was a dream come true. The rooms were beautifully designed with plenty of space, a fresh fruit platter, and a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. The service was top-notch, with support for shuttle services, leisure activity reservations, and even going the extra mile to capture my proposal on film. The location was absolutely perfect, nestled between the two main towns yet providing peaceful, uncrowded views of the caldera. Dining was a delightful experience, offering a wide selection of quality options and dinner with a breathtaking view. The facilities were impeccable, especially the infinity pool for a relaxing afternoon.
The Diamond Suite exudes modern luxury with slick rooms offering breathtaking views of the caldera and exceptional privacy compared to other areas. However, prices can be high for some services.
Staying at the Diamond Suite was a dream come true with a hot tub and a view to die for facing the caldera. The service felt like having a genie in the bottle, ready to assist us in any possible way. The location is faultless, offering peaceful and uncrowded views, and the dining experience was amazing with fresh ingredients and well-priced options. However, the initial greeting was not up to par with the rest of the island, and the paid shuttle service may seem a bit pricey.
Staying at this hotel was truly amazing! The rooms are really big and comfy, breakfast and dinner were really tasty, and the hotel even has a Bose radio/speaker with relaxed chilled music channels that you can enjoy anytime, creating a fantastic easy-going vibe. The view overlooking the caldera was stunning, and the rooms are very cosy with perfect lighting to set the right atmosphere, especially at night.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and attentive service. The location was ideal for enjoying breathtaking views of the caldera and the volcano, and the dining experience left me impressed with its quality options. Despite some minor downsides, this hotel is a gem on Santorini.
